About Me

My real estate career began in 2014, but the passion existed before then. It all started in 2005, while I was in college. After graduating from Delgado Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, I transferred to the University of New Orleans to work towards getting my Bachelors. Unfortunately, my first semester at UNO was cancelled due to the natural disaster known as Hurricane Katrina.  Hurricane Katrina flooded out much of New Orleans and its surrounding areas leaving numerous businesses and homes damaged and vacant. As the city began rebuilding, I returned to school with an even bigger agenda then when I first stepped foot in there with. My city was experiencing such a shortage of housing at this time that it sparkled my interest of wanting to help families find affordable living thru homeownership, thus prompting me to earn a second degree; a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in real estate.

College was definitely challenging, but from the first real estate course to the last, real estate remained my focus throughout my journey. In November of 2014, after working in restaurants for 18 years, I finally became a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Louisiana. To this day I continue to learn and educate myself on important real estate topics. Since becoming licensed, I have earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification and the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification. Being that I come from a military family, the MRP certification is important to me. I hope to give back to my community and serve these military families in my own professional way as they have done for me.

My business goes beyond the professionalism that my Century 21 team and I can bring to the table.  I want to get to know my clients on a personal level. I want to know and understand your real estate goals and get you there. I’m not looking to just close a transaction. I was born and raised in New Orleans; this city is my home.
